Emporia Enterprises, Inc. has several industrial parks with “green field” sites for light industrial manufacturing and warehouse/distribution projects. Industrial Park II has one 5.8 acre site available; Industrial Park III has six available lots varying from 10.9 acres to 23.4 acres.
